Marinade:
BM (red onion)
BP (garlic)
Hazelnut
Turmeric (bit only)
Salt
How to Make:
1. Pomfret split second, but not until the end
2. Pomfret in the given lime juice and salt
3. All the above ingredients until finely pulverized, and then in the paint on the surface of fish

Sambel Belachan Fresh (not fried):
Cayenne pepper
Shrimp paste
Shallots slightly
Tomatoes.
All pulverized
No need to salt because it is usually already salted shrimp paste. No need to sugar
java / sugar.
Sambel sauce:
Soy sauce
Red Onion
Cayenne pepper
Tomatoes
